Appointments (Reiki, Coaching, Grief Support)

  • 48+ hours notice:
    Full refund or free reschedule

  • 24–48 hours notice:
    50% fee applies (or 50% refund)

  • Less than 24 hours:
    100% fee applies (no refund)

  • No-shows:
    Full fee charged

Workshops, Circles & Events

  • 7 days+ notice:
    Full refund

  • 3–6 days notice:
    50% refund or credit towards another workshop

  • Less than 72 hours:
    No refund (non-transferable)

Illness or Emergencies

Please contact me — I make compassionate exceptions when possible.

Practitioner Cancellations

If I need to cancel:

  • You will receive a full refund or priority rebooking

  • You will be notified as soon as possible
