AFTER REIKI HEALING
What you may feel:
• Deep calm
• Emotional release (tears, warmth, heaviness lifting)
• Tingling, heat or cool sensations
• Tiredness or increased energy
• Heightened sensitivity or clarity
All sensations — including feeling “nothing” — are completely normal.
How to care for yourself after Reiki:
Drink plenty of water
Reiki can stimulate energetic release; water supports integration.Rest if you can
Fatigue is common; your nervous system is settling.Be gentle with yourself
Avoid heavy conversations, alcohol, or intense exercise for the rest of the day.Let emotions move through
Tears, yawns, sighs, or memories surfacing are healthy releases.Have a warm bath or shower
Helps your body feel grounded.Notice any shifts
Energy continues adjusting for 24–48 hours.

AFTER GRIEF SUPPORT SESSIONS
Grief work can bring emotions closer to the surface.
You may feel:

Give yourself time and space
Rest, quiet time or a walk can help.Journal anything still lingering

If tears come later, let them.Connect with someone safe
You are not meant to hold grief alone.

AFTER WOMEN’S CIRCLES
Women’s circles can open emotional, spiritual and energetic layers that have been quiet or unexpressed for a long time.
You may feel:

Aftercare suggestions:
Keep your evening slow and quiet

Avoid draining conversations

Healing often continues long after we close the space.
