At Neshama Wellbeing, I hold space for women who are navigating change, loss, overwhelm or a desire to come back home to themselves.

My approach blends Reiki healing, spiritual practice, mindful connection and compassionate support.

Rooted in Jewish wisdom and guided by evidence-informed complementary therapies, my work supports the whole person, body, mind, heart and soul.

Whether you’re processing grief, seeking emotional balance, deepening your spiritual journey, or longing for a safe, grounded space to reconnect with yourself, you are warmly welcomed.
