    As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I offer grounded, compassionate sessions that support the body’s natural ability to restore and rebalance.

    Whether you’re experiencing stress, grief, emotional overwhelm or spiritual fatigue, Reiki offers a peaceful space to settle, breathe and reconnect.

    You remain fully clothed while lying comfortably on a therapy bed or sitting in a chair.


    Using gentle, light touch (or hovering hands), I guide the flow of Reiki energy throughout your body, supporting:

    • Grounding and clarity

    • Easing physical tension

    • Deep rest and calm

    Optional reflective discussion at the end

    Trauma-aware practice with clear boundaries
