Covers online services, Reiki, workshops & spiritual coaching

By accessing this website or booking a service with Neshama Wellbeing, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Neshama Wellbeing offers:

  • Reiki (in-person & distance)

  • Grief support (non-clinical)

  • Spiritual coaching & Kabbalah-based guidance

  • Women’s circles

  • Workshops and events

  • Reiki attunements

These services are complementary and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • Over 18

  • Able to consent to non-clinical support

  • Willing to provide accurate information relevant to your wellbeing

3. Payment

  • Payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Workshops and circles are paid upfront.

  • Payment systems are processed through secure third-party platforms.

4. Health & Safety

By booking, you acknowledge:

  • Reiki is non-diagnostic

  • Spiritual coaching is not counselling or therapy

  • Grief support is reflective and non-clinical

  • I may signpost you to appropriate services if needed

  • I cannot work with individuals in acute crisis or at risk of harm

5. Online Services

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • A private, safe environment for online sessions

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Your own emotional readiness to participate

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

See cancellation policy.

7. Refunds

  • No refunds for completed sessions

  • Workshops may be refunded if cancelled within policy window

  • No refunds for no-shows

8. Right to Refuse Service

I may decline or discontinue a session if:

  • Boundaries are not respected

  • You are under the influence of alcohol/drugs

  • There are safeguarding concerns

  • The service is no longer appropriate for your needs

9. Intellectual Property

All content (workbooks, scripts, meditations, materials) is the property of Neshama Wellbeing and not for redistribution without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Neshama Wellbeing is not responsible for:

  • Medical issues

  • Mental health crises

  • Decisions made based on spiritual guidance

  • Technology issues in online sessions

Services are supportive and complementary only.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
